You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Condition
- · Unworn, with all original tags
- · Original box undamaged (no shipping labels stuck to the box)
- · All accessories (laces, dust bags) included
Process
- Email returns@shoenation.co.za with your order number.
- We'll arrange a courier collection or drop-off slip.
- Once inspected (1–2 business days), we refund or ship the replacement.
Refunds
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection.
